From the moment you walk into this amazing space, you're drawn to the view. The walls of sliding windows are barely there, seamlessly connecting you with the ocean and jungle. Designed by Chawnalee Wark with art by Misael (the mural!) Manuel Adria, Nora Maciel and other local artists - this home is very much Mexican Modern.

The spa is great for starting your day as you open one eye with the first cup of coffee or ending it in the evening with a glass of bubbles paired with sparkling nighttime City views.

In the morning it's great to walk to the market (Municipal Mercado Emiliano Zapata) to visit the fishmongers, butchers, greengrocers and tortillería. Cab it back and cook up a storm in the kitchen kitted out with pro appliances, sharp knives and good gear. Walking the beach is wonderful or for the more ambitious there's a set of 220 stairs to climb from the beach to Amapas Street or a brisk walk straight up to the top of the hill. There are yoga mats if you'd like to get a good stretch on.

Midday the roof terrace is the place to be, chilling in the dipping pool, taking in the sun or relaxing in the shady spots with a great book. Lunch at the upstairs kitchen counter fresh off the grill is fun. The upstairs fridge is handy for cold cervezas and ice for mango margaritas!

For laps, the large shared pool on the first floor may be calling your name.

Dinner is al fresco on the main terrace 99% of the time - why be indoors when you can be out? The formal dining table most often has a puzzle in progress, board games or cards happening with cocktails or a glass of wine an arm's length away at the wet bar.

Watching a flick on the big screen after sunset while sprawling on the Mah Jong is super fun.

And of course relaxing to some music in the swanky living room taking in the nighttime views and breeze is lovely in the evening.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has a king-size bed with a deluxe mattress and luxury bedding for a good night's sleep, plenty of closet space, blackout shades, bedside fast USB ports for charging devices and an Amazon Echo Dot.
- The master bedroom features ocean and mountain views and a spacious ensuite bath.
- The rustic Mexican bedroom has jungle views, its own ensuite bath, a Roku TV and a built-in desk.
- The luxe purple bedroom and also has jungle views, a Roku TV and a built-in desk. It shares a hallway bath with the modern bedroom.
- The modern bedroom has a wall of windows opening onto hillside views.

Tech and entertainment:

- Roku TVs with Guest Mode in the upstairs TV lounge and two bedrooms (please note: no TV in the living room.) Roku's guest mode allows you to sign in to your own streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Disney+, Hulu) and have them automatically signed out upon your departure or whenever you click sign out.
- Plentiful fast USB charging ports and wireless Qi chargers

Transportation by taxi, Uber, or bus is ubiquitous, easy and cheap but if you've got wheels there's easy on-street parking.

Walking: about 8-10 minutes to the Conchas Chinas beach, 12-15 to Los Muertos beach and 15-20 minutes to Zona Romantica.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise (especially after 10 pm), occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with us.

Midweek housekeeping is included, but we can gladly accommodate additional services if needed. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Transportation, chef and grocery shopping services are available upon demand. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for rent upon request.

Please be advised that there are some dogs nearby this building, who may occasionally bark.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
