For reservations with a check-in date more than 30 days in advance, a 35% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The 65% balance payment is due 30 days before the check-in date. The balance payment will be automatically charged to the same credit card used for the deposit exactly 30 days before the check-in time (3 pm CT), unless we are instructed otherwise.

For reservations with a check-in date within 30 days, 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

The reservation’s total rent is 100% refundable if canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date, 50% refundable if canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date, and 0% refundable if canceled 13 days or fewer before the arrival date.
