Booking a home in another country should feel easy. Here's who we are and how a stay with us works.
Who is Lifestyle Properties?
We're a locally owned hospitality company in Puerto Vallarta, and we've been welcoming guests here for more than ten years. We manage every home ourselves: each one is personally vetted, regularly inspected and cared for by our own team. You'll find our office in the Romantic Zone, at Venustiano Carranza 277.
Why book directly with you instead of Airbnb or VRBO?
It's the same home and the same team, without the platform's service fees. You deal directly with the local people who look after your stay, from your first question to checkout.
Who meets me when I arrive?
A member of our concierge team, in uniform and with an ID badge, meets you at the property. Send us your flight details and we'll be there about an hour after you land, or at a time you arrange with us. If your flight is delayed, call or text +1 800 214 8902.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am (some buildings differ; each listing shows its times). Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability, and if your home isn't ready yet we can hold your luggage at our office.
How does payment work?
Rates are charged in Mexican pesos, and you can pay with a Visa or Mastercard in your own currency; your bank converts the charge. For stays more than 30 days away, a 35% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is charged 30 days before check-in. Within 30 days, the full amount is due when you book. Details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 30 or more days before arrival for a full refund, or at least 14 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations 13 days or fewer before arrival aren't refunded, so we recommend travel insurance. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
What's included in my stay?
A fully equipped home, use of your building's shared amenities, and our local team on call throughout your stay for help and recommendations. Stays of seven nights or more include a mid-stay cleaning.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
No. All our homes are non-smoking, including balconies, and we can't accept pets. Each listing also shows its building's own rules (visitors, pool hours, quiet hours) under "Policy", so it's worth a look before you book.
