Other things to note
Adults Only:
All registered guests must be 25 years or older.

Occupancy and Visitors:
Max 4 overnight guests.
Up to 4 additional visitors are allowed during the day (must be 25+) and must leave by 12:00 AM. Visitors must register with ID at the front desk.
No visitor access to the rooftop pool.

Pool Access:
Open 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Wristbands required. No glass, music, or food off tables.

Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM–8:00 AM throughout the building.

No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on the property.

Arrival Note:
The building is on a steep cobblestone hill. Uber or taxi is recommended for initial arrival to the lobby for checkin.
Once registered, guests will receive an RF wristband that provides direct street access through P2.

Housekeeping:
Midweek cleaning included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Beach gear available for rent.

Booking implies agreement to building rules and consent form. ID required in advance. Fines or eviction may apply for violations.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

Absolutely Spectacular – A Dream Luxury Getaway! This two-bedroom, two-bath luxury apartment exceeded every expectation and then some. From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the stunning, panoramic bay views—visible from an oversized, spacious veranda that became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Every detail of the apartment is designed with comfort and style in mind. The beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning! The space is beautifully decorated in traditional Mexican style with a tasteful modern flair, creating a warm, inviting ambiance that still feels fresh and upscale. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need—truly a home away from home. One of the absolute highlights is the rooftop pool. It’s crystal clear, runs the entire length of the building, and is perfect for early morning laps or a refreshing dip while taking in an unbeatable view of the entire bay. It felt like a private, serene oasis. The location couldn’t be more ideal—just a short walk to the beach or into town for amazing dining, shopping, and nightlife. You’re close to everything, yet the apartment itself is peaceful and private. This is true luxury at an incredible value. We can’t wait to return—it’s a rare gem that we’ll be recommending to everyone we know!

Perfection

We were super lucky to find this amazing apartment in PV. Absolutely luxury, perfectly located and super easy to organise. The apartment has everything and more, the beds linen and pillow were top range, the decorations and furnishings lux with a Mexican twist. Then there is the amazing panoramic view of PV from the large apartment balcony only to be topped by the amazing roof top pool, a full 35 meters long. Can not recommend this apartment if you want a luxury and convenient stay in PV.

Wonderful stay in this rare gem!

This place is a rare gem! It was exactly as described in the listing. This condo is lovely … fresh, comfortable, very well appointed and decorated beautifully. The owners provided everything we could possibly require throughout the home including the kitchen which is very well equipped. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Bathrooms were immaculate and clean. Terrace was nice and large with a fabulous view of the ocean, and the outdoor furniture very comfortable. OMG…the pool! The rooftop pool was just paradise. The pool itself was sparkling clean, never crowded and the water temperature just perfect. The loungers were extremely comfortable and there are some shady spots if you get tired of the sun. There are fans above your head under the pergola so you are always comfortable. The best part…THAT VIEW...all ocean everywhere you looked! We could have stayed up there each day, every day, all day! We would absolutely stay here again. In fact, we look forward to returning again soon. The location is great, only a few minutes walk into town or to the beach. There is so much to do in this area….great restaurants, shopping and shows! The host was a great host, very responsive and available to answer questions. Wifi signal is strong. We felt so welcome and safe here. If you are considering this spot - book it!

Stunning, Super clean, Endless views … Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked into the apartment, I knew we had made the right choice. Beyond being impeccably clean with beautifully decorated rooms, the view from the terrace was AMAZING! Within minutes of arriving, we saw a school of dolphins and a whale breach. The kitchen was well-stocked with every amenity you might need to cook a meal or to open your favorite beverage. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great location, easy walk to the Romantic zone, restaurants and shopping and you must get the chicken from the the place on the corner! The roof top heated infinity pool spans the length of the building … and did I mention the VIEWS … you can see the entire Bay of Banderas. This will definitely be my home away from home when I return to Puerto Vallarta.
