Bedroom
The king-size bedroom offers ultimate comfort with fresh, modern decor, direct access to the bathroom, and its own private balcony overlooking the mountains and city skyline.

Bathroom
The Jack-and-Jill bathroom includes dual vanities and a walk-in rainfall shower, stocked with plush towels and essentials for your stay.

Living Room
Relax in the stylish living area featuring a comfortable sectional sofa, Smart TV, and sliding glass doors opening to the main oceanfront terrace — your personal window to paradise.

Amenities and Comfort
Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning throughout for maximum convenience.

Grand Venetian Lifestyle
This high end property is private for owners and renters. Entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7. There are five pools to choose from including two large beachfront infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown and the green hills behind it. Underground parking is available in addition to a business center, tennis courts, game room and movie theater to seat larger groups.

Note: A nearby beach club occasionally plays music on weekends from 1:00–9:00 pm.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- 4 pools and jacuzzis open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- An infinity pool open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- An onsite spa
- A game room open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- An onsite restaurant open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- A tennis court open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (previous reservation required)
- A meeting room with up to 12 people (previous reservation required)
- A movie theater for up to 12 people (previous reservation required)

Access wristbands will be provided to each overnight guest and they will provide full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

Other things to note
***Please note that the tennis courts will be out of service from May 14th through May 17th due to maintenance repairs.

- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos. - One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
