Please note: there is a nearby beach club that plays music specially on weekends, typically between 1 PM and 9 PM.

Other Things to Note
*** Please note that the tennis courts will be out of service from May 14th through May 17th due to maintenance repairs.

- The private hot tub is not suitable for children. In case of use, is under parent's responsibility.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.
- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.
