The condo's top features include a large private patio with a hot tub, BBQ, and comfortable seating area, a workspace with a computer monitor, smart lighting, and a surround sound speaker system. Located in the Urban 2 building, one of the Romantic Zone's newest and best located buildings - only blocks away from Los Muertos Beach and dozens of restaurants and shops. There are no hills to climb and it has a rooftop pool with city views.

NOTE: This condo is ideally situated amidst the vibrant nightlife of Puerto Vallarta. Immerse yourself in the city's finest culinary delights, boutique shopping, and trendy bars, all just steps away. Please note that due to its proximity to the bars, there may be noise in the condo, particularly on weekends.

Casa Simpatica is ideal for a romantic getaway. The property stands out with stylish decor, an oversized patio, hot tub, BBQ, workspace, smart lighting, and surround sound.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, wine fridge, pots, pans, and utensils. Dine inside on the breakfast bar, dining table with seating for 4, or outside on the private patio.

The living area features a 75" Smart TV for entertainment purposes. Netflix and Youtube come preloaded for your enjoyment.

The amazing master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a 65" Smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a nearby dedicated workspace for those days you need to work or catch up on your emails. By opening the sliding doors, you have direct access to the private patio.

A washer and dryer are located inside the condo and are available for guests.

The common area rooftop provides a sparkling pool, multiple lounge and seating areas, BBQ, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop.

Other Things To Note
There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
