Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only.
- The lobby and common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel)

Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time.

NOTE: You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more.

Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

There are new condo developments in progress around town and they may contribute noise and/or dust to the neighborhood. At the moment, there are no disturbances at the condo due to construction but be advised that could change.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Excellent Stay in a Great Location

We rented unit 604 in the Zenith building. We had an incredible stay for one week. The condo has everything you need. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. It is very clean and comfortable and in a great location. We would definitely rent this unit again.

I had an amazing week at the Zenith. The team at Dash were super responsive and friendly from booking until check out. The unit was immaculate and beautifully designed. I loved the rooftop pool and terrace with the panoramic view of PV. So many great restaurants within walking distance. I can’t wait until my next visit!

 The location was perfect and very central to PV in the Romantic Zone. The condo was very clean, modern and comfortable. Slept very well on the bed - great mattress. Loved having 2 full bathrooms too!
Being in the Romantic Zone we were worried about the noise volume from the nearby clubs. Thankfully it was very quiet throughout the day and night.
The rooftop terrace with the beautiful pool and seating areas were fabulous! Enjoyed going out at night to see the sunsets and other rooftops across the way.
Our hosts Aurora and Erika were great and helped us with any questions we had. They were very professional and responsvie.
Can't wait to come back!

The condo was perfectly clean (not a spot to be seen)! 2 full bathrooms made getting ready so easy, it was a smooth and easy check-in process where we were met onsite and walked through all the features, the WD were so helpful during our stay, the place was incredibly quiet even though it's literally in the middle of Zona Romantica hotspot with all the restaurants, bars, and beach within a 5 min walking distance (or less). The bed is firm, extra pillows and blankets were provided. AC kept everything at a comfortable temperature, but was honestly barely needed. I highly recommend Dash's place and services.
