A fun and comfortable condo on the 7th floor that combines an excellent location in Zona Romantica with a partial ocean view and top-notch amenities - two pools, two hydromassage tubs, gym, BBQ, and ample seating and lounging areas.

NOTE: This condo is in the middle of the best nightlife Puerto Vallarta has to offer. While staying here you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends) there may be noise in the condo coming from the nearby bars. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours.

This one-bedroom condo features a comfortable king-size bed, balcony, and two full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For those who like to cook, there is a gas stove and oven, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher at your disposal. Dine indoors at the bar top or outside on the private balcony.

The living area sports a high-definition Smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube, and Spotify. WiFi internet with speeds up to 30 MBPS is accessible throughout the property for all your entertainment or business needs.

Located inside the Pavilion building - one of Zona Romantica's newest condo developments. Walk to the beach and all the best restaurants, shops, and galleries Vallarta has to offer - no car necessary. Stay with us and enjoy the best of Vallarta!

Common Amenities

The Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th-floor terrace features a sparkling semi-Olympic lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas, and an indoor/outdoor cinema. The rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, and freshwater hydromassage tubs, bar area, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica. With a push of the button, you can let your friends in to join you for a movie or BBQ on the roof (just be sure to let us know they'll be joining you beforehand).

Security

Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood.

*** Please note that this property is for sale and, occassionally we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

The best!

This was our fourth consecutive year at the Pavilion, using Dash and Lifestyle Properties, and we would never consider anything different. When we plan a P.V. trip, our search starts with those two criteria. You will not be disappointed!!

Great building and location

This is a great property with easy access to anything you need. There is 24x7 security and the building adheres to COVID protocols. Lifestyle Properties always does an amazing job hosting. Highly recommend.
