BEDROOM
The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the smart 55” TV allows you to unwind with your favorite movies after a day of exploring. The TV is flanked by beautiful handmade Mexican tree bark paper artwork. Additionally, the bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom for your convenience and a
private balcony that offers a tranquil view.


KITCHEN
The well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, with quality appliances such as a full-size refrigerator with
freezer, a stove, oven, and dishwasher, with safe drinking water supplied directly to the kitchen faucet and the refrigerator water dispenser from a multi-filter, UV light water treatment system. You'll also find high-end cookware as well as flatware to
enhance your cooking experience. Additionally, there is a dining table with Mexican hand-crafted Parota wood chairs seating for 2.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is tastefully decorated with artistic accents including a unique Mexican wall-hanging art piece that reflect the modern design of the entire unit. The plush sofa invites you to sink in and relax after a day of sun while enjoying your favorite movies on the smart 65" TV (your streaming service account logon is required). Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a versatile den space that has been furnished as a tranquil reading room holding wide modern lounge chairs, each illuminated by their own adjustable floor lamp. With easy access to the second full bathroom, this space offers privacy and convenience for couples who would prefer not
to share one bathroom.

The private balcony with locally crafted outdoor furniture is your front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets and the vibrant sweeping cityscape. Enjoy eating breakfast, lunch or dinner on a glass-topped dining table set or drinks on a chair and cocktail table set at the other end of the roomy balcony. An adjustable patio umbrella ensures a shaded balcony area for hours of leisurely relaxation


COMMON AREAS
The complex includes an amazing rooftop with 360-degree views (ocean and mountains) from the pool and hot tub. You'll also have access to a community barbecue, a yoga deck, and a fitness center. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop and security is on-site 24/7.

SECURE UNDERGROUND PARKING
Keep your car conveniently on site in the building's secure basement parking garage. Your car will be protected from sun, rain and street dust. Use of the parking space is available on request when making your reservation.

Other things to note
This condo does not allow any children or pets and the entire building is non-smoking.

To ensure the proper use of the building’s multiple amenities as well as the safety of guests and residential owners, all guests are required to read, initial and sign a guest registration form
covering important rules and expected behavior prior to being granted condo unit access.

Smart TV Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple+ TV streaming channels require guests to login with their own account credentials.

Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Two beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided by the condo.

NOTE: Please note that 2 visitors are allowed in the condo (not the common areas). All visitors and guests staying in the unit must complete and submit the registration form at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
