Featured on HGTV's Mexico Life TV Series, “La Casa Raya”, is a bold 1 bedroom condo that is unlike any other. Its urban design will make you feel like you’ve walked into a New York City Loft in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The apartment features lush mountain views that can be seen from every room, entirely custom-made furnishings, and artwork by local artists including an original street art mural and photography highlighted by National Geographic.

105° Sail View – Puerto Vallarta’s newest condo development – is conveniently located in the heart of the Romantic Zone but just out of earshot of the noisy buses and nightclubs. When staying here you’ll be within short walking distance of Los Muertos Beach as well as the best restaurants, boutiques, and bars “Old Town” has to offer. Of course, you may decide not to leave as you’ll have onsite access to a stunning rooftop pool and hot tub with spectacular views of Banderas Bay, multiple gorgeous community areas, and a two-story fitness center.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with room underneath to stow away your luggage. The closet and drawers provide ample space to organize your belongings for a short or (hopefully) long stay. You’ll be delighted by the views of the morning sunrise from bed, a unique opportunity in Vallarta. You can also choose to close the blackout shades if you prefer to sleep in. Custom aluminum sliding doors separate the bedroom from the living area should you desire more privacy at any point. The full en suite bathroom is complete with an oversized mirror and rain shower head.

The living area has seating for 4 with a comfy sofa and armchair. Stream your favorite Netflix and Amazon Prime shows on the Smart TV, listen to your favorite tunes on the Bose Color Soundlink, or ask the smart speaker about the weather and local attractions. You can also call the USA and Canada at no charge with wireless telephone access as well as stay connected on all your devices with high-speed wireless internet. 

On the private terrace you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the mountains or sip a glass of Cabernet and watch the jungle glow at Golden Hour. There is seating for 2 at the dining table and seating for 4 more on the patio sofa and chairs.

The kitchen’s stainless steel appliances shine alongside the granite countertops. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. Purified water is dispensed through the refrigerator so no need to lug water jugs from the store.
This condo contains all the amenities you would expect from a modern property including air conditioner mini splits and fans in each room, full-size washer and dryer, security safe and keyless electronic door lock.

Common Amenities

105° Sail View features several common amenities, most prominent is its rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace boasts stunning 360° views of the Bay of Banderas, downtown Puerto Vallarta, and its surrounding green mountainside. Swim laps in the infinity pool, hang out in the hot tub or relax poolside in a cabana.

Please note: Puerto Vallarta is a vibrant and growing destination, and construction can be seen in various parts of the city, including the popular Zona Romantica. Any work nearby is typically limited to daytime hours, ensuring peaceful evenings and quiet nights for your stay.

Other things to note
There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Guests will be provided access wristbands at check-in to wear during their stay. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas is available for rent.
