Important notice: From January 7th and for approximately six weeks, work will be taking place near Pool in tower 3000. The pool will remain open; however, some noise and dust may be present Monday–Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All other four pools in the complex will remain fully open.

Location – The Neighborhood

Grand Venetian is located in the Hotel Zone (Zona Hotelera), the central point of Puerto Vallarta between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). You’ll be within walking distance to grocery stores, delicious restaurants, lively bars, and nightclubs, making it easy to enjoy the city both day and night.

Right next door is La Isla Shopping Village, a modern open-air mall with a movie theater, international brand boutiques, and local restaurants—perfect for shopping, entertainment, or a casual evening out.


Getting Around

Public buses stop right outside the development, and taxis or ride-shares can be arranged directly from the lobby.

Other Things to Note
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.
- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.
