BEDROOM
The air-conditioning bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a smart TV to enjoy your favorite TV shows.

BATHROOMS
The condominium has 2 complete bathrooms; each has a rain shower head and is stocked with quality towels and shower amenities.

KITCHEN
The gourmet kitchen will allow you to prepare elaborate meals to impress your family and friends. This is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Upgraded stainless steel appliances include a ninja blender, coffee maker, microwave, and an air fryer oven.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is complete with magnificent art, HD smart TV, and comfortable furniture. Need to check in with family back home or answer a few work emails? High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace are available for you.

Floor-to-ceiling windows open to access the private balcony from where you can enjoy the stunning views of Puerto Vallarta's lush mountains.

COMMON AREAS
Zenith's common areas include a rooftop terrace with a pool, hydro massage tub, lounge chairs, dining area, BBQ, and fitness room. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop. Security is on-site 24/7.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only.

NOTE: You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more.

- The lobby and common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel)

Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more.

Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Great condo & location

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a week, and had a fantastic time. The communication before we got there was top notch, as was our welcome once we arrived. They even assisted in last minute transportation from the airport. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. This owner thought of everything for their guests. This is in a great location and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and the beach… but also a quiet building. We would absolutely rent from this owner and this property manager again without hesitation. The only thing that we would have liked is for the pool to have been heated a little more. The building corrected it the day after, however. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo!

A 5 star place!

I’ve been to PV a few times before and have even stayed at a different unit within the Zenith condo so that should say something about the location. Very walkable with plenty of places for food, shopping and entertainment just steps away. Quick easy access to the beach. Oh and don’t forget the amazing rooftop pool with the best views of the ocean on one side and the jungle on the other. This unit in particular blew me away. Squeaky clean, luxuriously decorated and a perfect work space complete with tech and tools like cords, plugs, printer, iPad and Surface! Overall it’s very much a 5 star place. and My new go-to place for the next visit ?

Best Condo / Location you can get!

This is the best condo in the area (without going 1/2 mile or more away). Location cannot be beat for nightlife and is close proximity to beach. Condo is well maintained, very clean and has every amenity you\'d want. We particularly love that they have washers/dryers in the condos, so we do not need to pack much clothing as we can wash as needed. Amazing views from the incredible pool and hot tub. Our favorite in the Romantic Zone.
