KITCHEN
The dream kitchen is a chef’s delight, stocked with high-end appliances, including a full-size fridge with a water filter, a stove, oven, dishwasher, and even cocktail bar essentials—perfect for mixing up a drink before heading to the rooftop.

LIVING ROOM
The living room’s plush sofa bed provides extra sleeping space or the perfect spot to unwind in front of the smart TV. A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure a seamless stay for remote work or streaming.

Other things to note
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Friday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

Fabulous condo! Enjoyed everything about our stay - the room was fabulous and provided everything we needed and the rooftop pool was the cherry on top! Excellent location and close to beach. Loved that it’s not too commercialized and you can enjoy the people and culture of the area as well as fantastic restaurants! Will definitely make this an annual trip!

Stunning Accommodations

This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta. We chose this condo because of its location being so close to everything. It is a simple walk to the beaches, restaurants, stores, etc. Everything was taken care of; car service from the airport, a tour of the condo upon our arrival, and private car service back to the airport. The owners of this condo have really gone above and beyond to make you feel like you’re staying in a five star hotel, the amenities included are unmatched. We are looking forward to our next trip and would choose this place again and again.
