***Please note that this is an "Adults Only Complex". All guests and occupants must be 25 years or older. No children are allowed.
Visitor's policy: Visitors are allowed up to the maximum occupancy of 4 people, including both registered guests and visitors. For example, if your group has 2 registered guests, you may have up to 2 visitors per day. Visitor hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Visitors are allowed access to the unit but not to the rooftop pool area and will need to register with their ID at the front desk upon entry.
NOTE: The building is situated on a steep traditional cobblestone street. For your comfort and safety, we recommend using a taxi or Uber for arrivals and departures. This way, you can avoid navigating the hill on foot, as no stairs or handrails are currently available. Please be aware that some noise may be heard from the condo at certain times due to its proximity to the highway.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Amazing in Amapas!
by Kyle DavidThis place was beautiful, clean, and stunning. Out of this world views. I\'ve stayed in many places in PV for about 10 years, but nothing compared to this view - Breathtaking. I saw Whales, and Dolphins pretty much everyday just sitting on the terrace. The concierge booked me a massage inside my unit on the terrace - it was lovely. Kitchen/Bathroom/Laundry etc. is fully stocked, and the concierge is very receptive. Book this unit! It\'s the best :)

We spent so much time just taking in the scenery - it's downright incredible.The building is brand new and very clean throughout. The unit was a good size for our group and the AC was a lifesaver during the hot and humid days. The location is fantastic - walkable to everything, so you really don't need a car.Communication with management was great from booking through checkout, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. There was a very minor question after checkout that was quickly and professionally resolved.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The views alone are worth it!

by MorrisThis was best Airbnb that I have ever stayed. It was absolutely gorgeous! My best feature was the view from the balcony. I could wake up this view everyday. And the rooftop pool was breathtaking. It was a short walk to the beach and the romantic which made it a perfect location for us. Our host Alejandra was very pleasant and attentive. She was very helpful with any questions that we had. I definitely recommend this place!

by Micah E.With the large and open living room/kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and massive covered terrace. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with a group of friends. The rooftop pool was probably my favorite amenity. Spanning the entire rooftop, end to end. Lined with cabanas and lounges. I’d argue that it has the best view in the Romantic Zone. Sunsets were a treat and never got old. Getting to the beach was a quick walk down a corridor of steps, line with a colorful mural, that was just across the street from our place. Also down the steps and to the right you’ll find a cute breakfast stop call The Porch with amazing breakfast sandwiches. And a few steps further and mini mart & deli that has all the groceries you’d need along with fresh pico de gallo and guac that’s made right in front of you. I highly recommend staying here!
