NOTES: This condo is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant nightlife district, just steps away from top restaurants, shops, and bars. As a result, guests should expect significant noise, especially at night and on weekends. During holidays and peak seasons, the noise levels from nearby clubs can be more intense. Additionally, there is an extractor from a restaurant below, which may generate some noise.

Please also note that there is an ongoing construction project across the street, which occasionally cause noise during working hours.

This one-bedroom condo features a king-size bed, two full bathrooms, and two balconies. The kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For those who like to cook, there is a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster at your disposal with indoor seating for up to 4.

A private balcony is located just off of the living area and has seating for two. Sit outside and watch the action taking place on the cobblestone streets below. 

The living area sports a high-definition Smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube, and Spotify. Fiber-optic WiFi internet is included for all your entertainment or business needs.

Enjoy the convenience of an included parking spot conveniently situated next to the elevator.

Common Amenities

The new Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th-floor terrace features a sparkling semi-Olympic lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas, and an indoor/outdoor cinema. The rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, saltwater, and freshwater jacuzzi, bar area, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica. With a push of the button, you can let your friends in to join you for a movie or BBQ on the roof (just be sure to let us know they'll be joining you beforehand).

The Neighborhood

The Pavilion building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.

The beach is also a short walk, about 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Security

Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood.

A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away. Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Not suitable for children.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. 

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Fantastic location, Great ammenities

Checkin was a breeze, apartment was beautiful and clean. Rooftop pool was fantastic with great views! Location is central to everything in Zina Romantica. You can hear a slight rumble from the clubs across the street, but nothing that kept me up at night.

Visit to Paradise

This was a different type of holiday for us, but one never to be forgotten! Condo 201 had everything you would need, clean, convenient, comfortable. The building itself, overwhelmed us!……. Location was amazing, 5 minutes walk to beach, wonderful restaurants, bars, markets, close to the Malecon, allowing you to witness everyday life of the wonderful local people, but if it’s more subdued time, then relax in the wonderful area on deck 5 with the lap pool or cosy “areas” to read a book, or sunbath on the spectacular rooftop deck with pool area, gym, hot tubs, or just take in the amazing views. It was our first time to PV, but it won’t be our last!… on a final note, we were “in awe” each and every night by the most beautiful and spectacular SUNSETS. We thank each and everyone of the Lifestyle Management. Their dedication to maintain the units and the building was very impressive, whilst keeping a very friendly and professional image is one that will stay with us and why we will definitely return. A few previous comments mention the “noise” in and around this area of the condo… I would say that for us, it was not an issue. After all, it is in the “heart”of the town. Thank you Lifestyle from to very happy 75 year olds!

We loved the condo! Great location! Even though we are not party people the noise didn’t bother us LOL! Teresa is a swimmer and she loved the 5th floor pool. The gym was great too! We plan to return next year and would like to stay here again! One more thing, the staff is wonderful!

Wonderful Vacations

Wow! So much can be said about our trip, it was simply delightful. Denise from the Dash & Lifestyle Properties team was always SUPER communicative with any problems or questions we had. It was like we had a private travel agent! THANK you again DENISE! You are a truly selfless, special person. The condo was VERY clean and simple - like a hotel room. Having the washer & dryer in unit was heavenly. The rooftop is out of this world- TBH that’s were my friend and I spent 60 percent of our time in PV. There a kitchen, clean bathrooms, a gym, two hot tubs along with the pool, cabanas, and amazing views of the hills. Building security is top notch and the door man is always there to make you feel safe and greet you with a smile. There’s no TV in the living room. Which didn’t bother me at all since why are you watching TV while you are on vacation??? Another comment I saw about Zona Romantica is the noise. If you do your research or know anything about this area - is that it’s the neighborhood known for its nightlife clubs and bars. I would suggest staying in another part of town if you don’t like noise or if a steady beat from an 808 keeps you up at night. I brought a sound machine and had over 8 hours of sleep every night… you get what you pay for people… also PV is a party town. PERIOD. Go to cabo, Tulum, la Paz, if you want peace and quiet.

Wonderful condo in a great location.

Wonderful condo in a great location. The host was thoughtful and gave a great orientation and everything from there was simple and smooth. Electronic entry made things easy. There’s a great cafe right downstairs. Easy to get a taxi and short walk to most destinations. I was very pleased with this stay.
