Other things to note

Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Visitors are allowed up to the maximum occupancy of 6 people, including both registered guests and visitors. For example, if your group has 4 registered guests, you may have up to 2 visitors. Please note that changes in visitors are not permitted.

Great Visit

We were just back for the second time and everything was great. We love the condo itself as well as the location. We were within walking distance to everything we did during the week and just a short Uber ride to and from the airport. We will be back!

The condo is beautiful and bigger than what I was expecting from the pictures. It's located in an ideal downtown location, close to restaurants, cafes etc. It's a vibrant area, but once you close the patio door, sleeping is not an issue as the bedrooms are away from the street. Air conditioning in every room. The kitchen and entire condo are well equiped, even a luggage scale. Attention to detail is very evident. The building is well secured with cameras everywhere and 24 hour security keeping an eye on everything with very strict rules on who can enter (only registered guests and residents). The rooftop pool area is stunning. Don't hesitate to book this place. Highly recommend.

Amazing Place to Stay

We had a chance to stay here very early on and it was fantastic! Everything was very high quality. We loved the quietness of the condo as well as sitting on the balcony watching life happen in the neighborhood. We spent a ton of time cooling off in the pool while taking in views of the city. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants, the Malecon, the beach as well as just around the neighborhood. We are looking forward to returning for another visit soon and this will definitely be the first place we look at staying at on return trips to Puerto Vallarta. You will not be disappointed in this property.
