More About The Neighborhood
The Romantic Zone A.K.A. Zona Romantica A.K.A. Old Town is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, taco carts and art galleries.

The beach is only a short walk away, 1.5 blocks west of Oceana. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach where you can sip Corona's and snack on Ceviche with your feet in the sand. Merchants will pass by offering hand made jewelry and crafts while a handful of activities await the more adventurous including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Getting Around
You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Visitors are not allowed to make use of the common areas. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
