- Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
- Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
