This condo delivers a feeling of awe the minute you enter. The condo is decorated with great detail and has plentiful natural air and light. You'll be drawn to the comfy outdoor living space to enjoy the city and peekaboo ocean view. Sliding glass doors enclose the air-conditioned living/kitchen area for maximum comfort.

BEDROOM
You'll find a comfortable king-size mattress in the bedroom, an ample closet, and a small security safe.

BATHROOM
Located right outside the bedroom, the marble and wood counters give the bathroom a luxury spa feel. It's well-stocked with quality bath, beach, hand, and face towels.

KITCHEN
High-quality appliances include a dishwasher, convection oven/stove, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator.

LOUNGE
Meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 4 or "al fresco" on the private balcony. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a double-size bed for additional sleeping capacity.

COMMON AREAS - D'ESIRE
The common area rooftop provides a sparkling infinity pool, heated year-round—a rare find among Puerto Vallarta condos—along with a relaxing jacuzzi, multiple lounge and seating areas, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. The building features a purification water system throughout all condominium units and common areas, ensuring clean and safe water. Additionally, there is an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop.

* In-house massage services are also available, which can be enjoyed on the rooftop or in the comfort of your suite.

* Exciting news! The D’esire building proudly unveils its latest treasure – introducing "Yeo," a Japanese Haute Cuisine restaurant conveniently nestled on its ground floor, offering an unforgettable dining experience.

Yeo isn't just a restaurant, it's a culinary adventure where every dish is a work of art. Picture traditional Japanese flavors infused with a modern twist, leaving you craving for more.

NOTE: There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.

Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.

- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
- Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.
