• Kitchen and Dining: Oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and dining table for 4
• Balcony: Extended private space with stunning views of Puerto Vallarta’s lush mountains—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:
- An open rooftop from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- A rooftop bar - open from Thursday to Monday, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 3 pm for maintenance reasons.
Other things to note
- Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop.
- There is a $300-pesos fee to use the rooftop grill.
- There is ongoing construction on the ground floor of this building, which may cause moderate noise during working hours.
Visitor's policy: Up to two visitors are allowed. They must provide ID at the entrance and leave by 10 PM. Visitors will have access to the condominium and pool, but not to the gym or other common areas.

Amazing Stay
by Jamie WuHaving worked remotely in different parts of Mexico and staying in various Airbnbs/Condo, this is one of my best stays. This condo is in a nice location close to all the restaurants/nightlife. There are many taco trunks within walking distance of the buildings. The pictures are very accurate since everything in this building and inside the unit is brand new, it won\'t feel dated/overused (unlike most Airbnb these days are just basic/random stuff). What I particularly like is a huge two-floor gym (even bigger than many hotels gym), big infinity pool and hot tub on the roof, elegant furniture/condo design in the unit. The unit is in fact on the 4th floor because the ground floor is their sales office/lobby, just above all the short/old buildings, and has an unobstructed view of the old town.
