Neighborhood
"5 de Diciembre" neighborhood is one of the most emblematic and traditional of Puerto Vallarta. Walking distance to the boardwalk, "Camarones" beach, local markets and restaurants, and the sports center "Agustín Flores Contreras".

Other things to note
While most guests have not reported any issues, please note there is a machine shop located across the street. On rare occasions, some noise disturbances may occur during business hours.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Friday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

NOTE: Please note that no visitors are allowed in the condo. All guests staying in the unit must complete and submit the registration form at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
