This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse boasts pitched ceilings that produce a feeling of grandeur. The sparkling marble kitchen, custom furniture, colors, and finishes make this the perfect getaway for a relaxing "at home" luxury vacation. The large private balcony facing Banderas Bay has patio furniture on which you can lounge while enjoying stunning ocean views and mesmerizing sunsets with a glass of wine or your favorite Mexican beer.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. Meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 4. Featured as well is a plush sofa that you can use while watching your favorite Netflix shows on the Smart TV (you need to enter your Netflix account).

The master bedroom faces the ocean and has access to the private balcony. Blackout curtains, a comfortable king-size mattress, and an ensuite full bathroom will guarantee you'll feel right at home.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a huge closet space, and a smart TV. An additional full bathroom is located right outside the bedroom.

A washer and dryer are located inside the condo and are available for guests.

This property is private for owners and renters. The entrance is gated and security is on-site 24/7. It has top-notch amenities including:

- Parking space

Guests have full access to the condo, parking space, and common areas.

Other things to note

*** Please note that this property is for sale and on rare occasion we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers for 10-15 min.

The last stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved.

Be aware that no guests visitors are allowed.

While children are welcome, please note that infants under 2 years old cannot be accommodated due to insurance regulations.

Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.

An access card is required to use the gym. It will be provided at check-in, and a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if lost.

One weekly housekeeping visit is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Saturday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

Any violation of the house rules, might attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Please note that luggage drop-off is not allowed in this building.
