Unwind in the guest bedroom, furnished with another king-size bed and a cozy balcony. The guest bathroom is conveniently situated just outside.
KITCHEN
The well-appointed kitchen beckons culinary adventures, equipped with a full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area, accommodating 6, provides an intimate setting for shared meals and engaging conversations.
LIVING AREA

This property is private for owners and renters. The entrance is gated and security is on-site 24/7. It has top-notch amenities including:

Neighborhood
Harbor 171 is located in the southern section of the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown).
Getting around
The last stretch of road to Harbor 171 is an unpaved, dirt road however, the building has an ideal location, it is 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, and only a 10-minute bus ride ($0.50 USD) to downtown. Cabs and Ubers are readily available and the bus stop is just one block from the property. You can also walk to the Malecon (Vallarta's famous boardwalk) in 25 mins. 5 minute-walk to Office Max where you can get any office supplies. Grocery stores, trendy Versalles restaurants, and many other conveniences are also within walking distance.
Other things to note
Please note: The last stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved.
Please be aware that no guests visitors are allowed.
An access card is required to use the gym. It will be provided at check-in, and a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if lost.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
Please note that luggage drop-off is not allowed in this building.

Fantastic Location
by Alan WormserMy wife, adult daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Harbour 171. The condo was as described. Dash and crew made our stay worry free. Shout out to Marisela who was very easy to work with. The location was fantastic. Twenty minutes from the Airport. Right around the block from the Soriana supermarket and the bus stop. We could walk to dinner every night if we wanted to (El Barracuda, El Patron, etc.). The Malecon can be reached either by walking 30 minutes south or a 10–15-minute bus ride. The road off the Avenue is a little dusty and uneven, but it gets you in shape to walk the rest of the El Centro area. We loved the pool deck lounge area. Plenty of chaise lounge and chairs. There are plenty of tables and chairs to bring lunch down to eat under the shaded pergola area. As advertised...steps to the beach. My wife and I would walk every morning down past Los Tules and back. If you are interested in horseback riding, jet skiing, or other beach front activities, there are plenty of vendors. The Marines and the National Guard would patrol a couple times a week just north of the property as would the Coast Guard...they were very friendly and professional. We would definitely come back to stay at this property. Shout out to the engineers and builders of the building...as we had the unfortunate experience of a 5.9 earthquake on our last night. Lots of noise and shaking, but I am back at my desk safe and sound writing this review. The overnight security personnel on site were very reassuring to the newly experienced of us who had never been awaken like that. Overall, a great place to vacation in Puerto Vallarta.
