Other things to note
*** Please note that while there is ongoing construction near this building, this condo remains unaffected by construction noise. However, as with any vibrant Mexican neighbourhood, you may hear typical city sounds such as traffic, tour buses, barking dogs, and occasional festivities.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $250 USD or more.
