The Zenith building is complete with modern amenities and styling. It's located on the corner of Venustiano Carranza and Calle Constitucion, 2.5 blocks from the beach and surrounded by the town's best restaurants, produce markets, boutiques, and art galleries.

Zenith's common areas include a rooftop terrace with pool, hydromassage, lounge chairs, dining area, BBQ, and fitness room. Security is on-site 24/7. 

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the building's common areas. Guest's visitors are welcome to visit inside the condo, but access to the common areas is restricted to guests with a current reservation only.
- The lobby and common pool areas including the pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The gym is open from 7 am to 10 pm. (It is mandatory to bring your own towel)


Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time.

There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.

NOTE: You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $2,000 Mexican Pesos or more.

Renters must be at least 25 years old. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Filtered water is available in the kitchen and the refrigerator has an ice maker. No cable television but smart TV internet apps including Netflix, YouTube, and Spotify are available. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
