Transportation by taxi, Uber, or bus is ubiquitous, easy, and cheap but if you've got wheels there's secure off-street parking for 1 car. Walking: about 8-10 minutes to the Conchas Chinas beach, 12-15 to Los Muertos beach, and 15-20 minutes to Zona Romantica.
Other things to note
*** Please note that this property is for sale and on rare occasion we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers for 10-15 min.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
NOTE: Any violation of the house rules, might attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Smoking is not permitted.
The minimum age limit for this unit is 25.
No parties allowed and immediate eviction if the tenants have a party and tenants forfeit rent paid.

by Josie GrundyWe loved staying in this stylish, cozy & sparking clean suite for almost a week. It felt like home every time we walked in the door. We’ve stayed in a few Airbnb’s in PV for the month & Dash’s property tops the list on so many levels. First of all we needed a last minute stay & Dash’s team-Montse, Denise & Sonia, along with their top notch housekeepers, jumped into action to make it happen for us!
Their brilliant flow of teamwork ensures a perfect stay from first contact to check out. Sonia our concierge went above and beyond for all our needs.
The suite is fully equipped with all the amenities & has the most comfortable beds. We loved walking to town & coming home to lounge at the pool. It’s quiet and serene (although there can be some dogs barking at night and some vehicle/people noise outside the guest room). The beach is a short walk away & we found a hidden gem up the road called Patio Azul for some great food and views.
We will definitely stay here again & highly recommmend!

The property manager (Sonia) arranged for our transportation to/from, greeted us on arrival, walked us through everything, and checked in from time to time to see how everything was going. She is a gem of a property manager!
