Urban Studio Loft 268 in Old Town Vallarta, Rooftop Pool, Gym

POOL CLOSURE FOR SUMMER 2025: Please note that the pool will be closed from June 2nd through August 1st, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance. This timeline may be extended depending on the progress of the work. During this period, the gym, grill, fire pit, and part of the sky lounge will remain open and available for guest use as usual. Rates have already been adjusted to reflect the temporary closure.

This condo combines chic contemporary decor with ample amenities and an excellent location to provide a memorable stay.

Don't be fooled by this studio, it's just what you need for your old town Puerto Vallarta experience. The ceilings are tall and the decor is chic and comfortable. Exposed brick, flat concrete walls, rich wood and metal accents make for a hip, downtown, urban feel. Complete with a king size bed, full size kitchen and bathroom, and washer and dryer - there is nothing missing in this space.

Located inside of one of the newest projects in the Romantic Zone - Loft 268 - this condo is located just one block from Basilio Badillo’s ‘Restaurant Row’, home to some of the best rated eateries and renowned galleries, and three blocks from the Romantic Zone’s famous Los Muertos Beach.

This condo is located on the ground floor interior, tucked away from the main entrance. The living area features a smart TV with access to Netflix.  A window in the bedroom looks out to the courtyard and provides natural air and light and has blackout blinds for privacy.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator (not pictured). The kitchen appliances include an oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Meals for 2 can be served at the dining table or can be taken upstairs to the rooftop when you have friends over.

The full size bathroom features a large shower with a bench and rain shower head.

This condo is brand new and contains all the modern amenities. Air conditioner mini split and ceiling fan to keep you cool, full size washer and dryer and a security safe for your valuables.

Loft 268 provides exceptional amenities with an innovative rooftop area that incorporates a large infinity edge pool with waterfall, gym, glassed Sky Bar with billiards table, BBQ area, fire pit, Jacuzzi and multiple sunning areas complete with lounge chairs and day beds - all with ocean and mountain views.

The Neighborhood

Loft 268 is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Loft 268.

The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west of Loft 268. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Security

This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. If guests come to visit you, you'll be able to see their face on a video screen in the condo and can chat with them before deciding to let them in. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood.

Interaction with Guests

A member of our team will meet you at the building for check in. Afterwards, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons.
- A roofop bar open 7-days a week from 12:30pm to 7:30pm (Opening at 1pm on Wednesdays for rooftop and pool cleaning).
- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID.
- Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
