What do you take care of?
Everything a vacation rental needs: listing and marketing your home, pricing, guest messages, in-person check-in and concierge, cleaning, linens and supplies, minor repairs, regular inspections, paying your utility bills, and monthly statements. You keep the income without the day-to-day work.
How much does it cost?
Two simple fees. A booking fee on each reservation covers everything a guest stay needs, including platform commissions. A monthly management fee covers weekly housekeeping, inspections, utility payments and reporting, whether your home is booked or not. We'll quote both for your property when we talk.
Is there a cost to get started?
No. There's no setup fee, and we cover the professional photoshoot.
Where will my home be listed?
On Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Homes & Villas by Marriott and our own website, where guests book direct. We also promote our homes through our travel guide, social media and newsletter.
Can I still stay in my property?
Yes. You can reserve stays for yourself, friends or family through the Owner Portal, just like a guest booking.
How will I know how my property is doing?
The Owner Portal shows your reservations and calendar, statements and payouts, maintenance updates with photos and your documents, in English, Spanish or French. You'll also get a monthly statement.
Who takes care of repairs?
Our maintenance team handles minor repairs right away, so your home stays guest-ready, and our regular inspections catch issues early.
How do you look after guests?
A member of our team meets every guest at the property, and our local concierge is on call through the stay. Guests have left more than 8,800 Airbnb reviews for our homes, averaging 4.9 stars.
