On the beach in the Hotel Zone
The Grand Venetian sits at Boulevard Francisco Medina Ascencio 2477, in the northern Hotel Zone, with direct access to the beach. La Isla Shopping Village is next door, with restaurants, cafés and a cinema, and Walmart, Costco and Soriana are within walking distance. The airport is 10 to 15 minutes away, downtown and the Romantic Zone are about 10 minutes by taxi or bus, and the walk along the beach to the Malecón takes about 45 minutes.

Grand Venetian Puerto Vallarta has five pools, including two beachfront infinity pools, plus hot tubs and loungers under red umbrellas. There's an on-site restaurant that serves the pool areas, a gym, tennis courts (book ahead), a game room and a small movie theater. The complex is gated, with 24/7 security, elevators and underground parking, and beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent.

Our Grand Venetian rentals range from one-bedroom condos to two-bedroom condos that sleep up to six, most with ocean-view balconies, and one ground-floor two-bedroom has step-free access. Children are welcome in most of our condos, the person booking must be 25 or older, and the building doesn't allow visitors.

Is it quiet?
Mostly, but a nearby beach club plays music on weekends, usually from about 1pm to 9pm.
Can friends visit me?
No. The building doesn't allow visitors, and guests wear a wristband in the shared areas.
