On Amapas Beach

Indah sits at Amapas 121 in lower Conchas Chinas, right on the quiet sands of Amapas Beach. Los Muertos Beach is about a five-minute walk, the Romantic Zone's restaurants are 10 to 15 minutes on foot or a two-minute Uber ride, and you can walk along the beach toward downtown.

Resort-style amenities

Indah, often called Indah by Sayan, runs like a small resort: two oceanfront infinity pools with jacuzzis, on the rooftop and the third floor, with towel service; a rooftop restaurant and bar, a third-floor bar and room service; a spa and a 24-hour ocean-view gym. The building's concierge can help with spa treatments, private chefs and tours, and each of our condos has its own parking space. The building is cashless, so bring a card for the restaurants, bars and spa.

Who it suits

Families and groups traveling together. Our Indah rentals are a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo that sleeps up to eight and welcomes children, and a four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo that sleeps up to ten, for adults. The person booking must be 25 or older, and quiet hours start at 11pm.

Where is Indah?

At Amapas 121 in lower Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta, right on Amapas Beach and about a five-minute walk from Los Muertos Beach.

Is this Indah by Sayan?

Yes, it's the same building. We manage two condos in it as a vacation rental company; we're not connected to the developer.

Is there a resort fee?

Yes. The building charges a resort fee of 518 pesos a night (not per person), paid at the security desk when you arrive. It's separate from your booking with us.

Can I bring children?

Our three-bedroom Indah condo welcomes children; the four-bedroom is for adults. The person booking must be 25 or older.

Can friends visit me?

Yes, in the condo, between 8am and midnight and within its maximum occupancy, but visitors can't use the pools, restaurants or other shared areas.
