On Restaurant Row
Oceana Vallarta sits at Basilio Badillo 206 in the Zona Romántica, on the street locals call Restaurant Row, with cafés, galleries and some of the city's best restaurants on the doorstep. Los Muertos Beach is a block and a half west, the Malecón is a short walk, and there are no hills to climb. Taxis and buses are easy to find when you want to go further, and our office is a couple of blocks away.
The rooftop
The Oceana rooftop has a heated lap pool and a hot tub, loungers, a covered lounge with deep sofas, and a long dining table beside a gas BBQ, with views over the ocean, the mountains and the city. There's a fully equipped gym up there too. The building is gated, with an elevator, cameras and security on site 24/7.
Oceana 503
Oceana 503 is the condo we manage here. It has a king bed, two full bathrooms, a kitchen with quartz counters and a breakfast island, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony looking out to the green mountains. It sleeps two and suits couples, solo travelers and longer stays.
