Life at Zenith
In the heart of the Old Town
The Zenith building sits at Venustiano Carranza 290 in the Zona Romántica, Puerto Vallarta's Old Town, one block north of Basilio Badillo and its restaurants. Los Muertos Beach is a few blocks west, and the cafés, galleries and bars of the Romantic Zone are all around you. The walk is flat, with no hills, so you won't need a car, and Uber and taxis are easy to find for trips further out.
Shared amenities
The rooftop at Zenith Puerto Vallarta has an infinity pool with palm-tree islands, a covered jacuzzi, loungers and umbrellas, and a BBQ and dining terrace, all looking over the city and the mountains. The pool and jacuzzi are open from 9am to 10pm, and the gym from 7am to 10pm. The building is gated, with an elevator, a front desk and security on site 24/7.
Who it suits
Couples and small groups. Most of our Zenith condos have one bedroom, many with a second bathroom, and two top-floor condos have two bedrooms and sleep four or five. Guests must be 25 or older, and all but one of our Zenith condo rentals are adults only.

Where is Zenith?
At Venustiano Carranza 290 in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone, one block from Basilio Badillo and a few blocks from Los Muertos Beach.
When are the pool and gym open?
The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are open daily from 9am to 10pm, and the gym from 7am to 10pm (bring your own towel to the gym). Covered, non-glass drinkware is fine by the pool.
Can I bring children?
Most of our Zenith condos are adults only, and guests must be 25 or older. One one-bedroom condo welcomes children; ask us and we'll check dates for you.
Can friends visit me?
In most of our Zenith condos, yes: up to two visitors a day, registered at least an hour ahead, between 9am and midnight. Visitors leave ID at the front desk and can't use the pool, gym or other shared areas.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets aren't allowed in our Zenith condos, and none of them allow smoking.
