Life at Soho PV
In the heart of the Romantic Zone
Soho PV sits at Insurgentes 466 in the Zona Romántica, Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. Los Muertos Beach is a few blocks away, and so are many of the city's best restaurants, art galleries and bars. Most guests leave the car behind: the streets are cobblestone and parking is tight, but nearly everything is a walk away.

The rooftop is the star at Soho PV Puerto Vallarta: a heated infinity pool with towel service from 10am to 10pm, a serviced bar, cabanas, floating beds and sunken fire-pit lounges, all facing Banderas Bay. There's also a gym with big windows over the city, 24/7 security, and elevators that serve two condos per floor.
Who it suits
Couples and friends who want resort-style amenities without leaving the Old Town. Our one-bedroom condos suit couples, the two-bedroom condos sleep four, and every one has a workspace for laptop days. Guests must be 25 or older, and most of our Soho PV condos are adults only.

Where is Soho PV?

Is the rooftop pool heated?
Yes. The pool is heated and open daily from 10am to 10pm, with towel service. Outside food and drinks aren't allowed on the pool deck, but the rooftop bar has you covered.
Can I bring children?
Most of our Soho PV condos are adults only, and guests must be 25 or older. One two-bedroom condo welcomes children; ask us and we'll check dates for you.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets aren't allowed in our Soho PV condos, and none of them allow smoking.
