More About The Neighborhood

The Romantic Zone A.K.A. Zona Romantica A.K.A. Old Town is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, taco carts and art galleries.

The beach is only a short walk away, 1.5 blocks west of Oceana. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach where you can sip Corona's and snack on Ceviche with your feet in the sand. Merchants will pass by offering hand made jewelry and crafts while a handful of activities await the more adventurous including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis, Uber, and busses are readily available.
