Life at Pavilion
In the middle of the Old Town
The Pavilion building sits at Venustiano Carranza 263 in the Zona Romántica, one block north of Basilio Badillo and a couple of blocks from Los Muertos Beach. It's in the middle of the Romantic Zone's nightlife, so music from nearby bars can carry on some nights, especially weekends; we can supply earplugs and a white noise machine. The walk everywhere is flat, and you won't need a car.
Shared amenities
The fifth-floor terrace at Pavilion Puerto Vallarta has a long semi-Olympic lap pool with loungers, cabanas and an indoor-outdoor cinema area. Up on the eighth-floor rooftop there's a dipping pool, a saltwater and a freshwater jacuzzi, a bar area, a BBQ, lounge seating among the greenery, and the gym. The building is gated, with an elevator, cameras and security on site 24/7.
Who it suits
Couples and solo travelers who want to be close to the action. Our Pavilion rentals are studios and one-bedroom condos, and every one-bedroom has two bathrooms; they sleep two to four, and the top-floor condos look out over the Old Town. All but one are adults only, and the person booking must be 25 or older.

How many pools does Pavilion have?

Is it noisy?
It can be on some nights. Pavilion is in the middle of the Romantic Zone's nightlife, and music from nearby bars carries, especially on weekends. Ask us for earplugs and a white noise machine.
Can I bring children?
Our Pavilion condos are adults only, except Casa Mitzi (Pavilion 303), which welcomes children. The person booking must be 25 or older.
Can friends visit me?
In most of our Pavilion condos, yes: up to two visitors a day. Let us know before they come.
